9/11 CBS Friday Evening & Weekend Weather Headlines
By Mark McIntyre

What a lovely Friday evening we have on our hands! Expect clear skies and comfy temps overnight - upper 60s in the NYC area, with some 50s in the 'burbs.
We will have more rain entering the area tomorrow PM as a frontal system works through. Expect early morning sun with clouds building during the day...folks north & west of NYC will get rain first. Expect scattered showers & a few storms, some locally heavy. It does NOT look like a repeat of yesterday's storm, but it does look like our stretch of wonderful dry summer weekends will end.
Sunday will start off cloudy with a few showers...but looks good for the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure! Some partial clearing is expected Sunday afternoon for NYC and points south & east but spots north & west could be dealing with a few lingering showers.
Have a great Friday night!
