6/12 CBS2 Friday Afternoon & Weekend Headlines
By Justin Lewis
CBS2 Meteorologist
It's another warm and humid one this afternoon with a stray thunderstorm across inland areas. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s with some 90s inland.
Tonight will be warm and generally quiet with just some clouds in the mix. Low in the low to mid 70s.
Tomorrow will feature a passing cold front with stray showers/storms in the area. It will still be warm and humid with partly sunny skies and a high in the upper 80s.
Higher pressure will settle in just to our north on Sunday. We'll catch a little bit of a break from the humidity and temps will be slightly above normal in the low 80s.
We'll be on the fringe of a system to our west on Monday. We're keeping the forecast dry for now, but we may have to introduce some showers/storms depending on the model trends over the next few days.
Enjoy your weekend!
