4/3 CBS2 Friday Evening Weather Headlines
By Matt DeLucia, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good Evening all,
The shower activity will continue for tonight, as bouts of rain sweep on through. There may be a few heavy pockets at times, with even an isolated rumble of thunder. We'll drop down to a low of 48 tonight in the city.

This system is out of here around sunrise tomorrow, and Saturday will shape up to be sunny. The winds will be whipping though, out of the NW 20-30 mph with gusts up to 45-50 mph. A cold front swings though overnight, and highs tomorrow will be about 10-15 degrees cooler than today... 53 for NYC.

Easter Sunday is looking pretty good right now. Partly cloudy skies will give way to a few more clouds in the afternoon and evening. There is a chance of a spotty shower, especially north of the city, but I think most will remain dry. We'll near 60 degrees on Sunday!
Check back in soon for the latest on your holiday weekend!
