4/20 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening all,

It's a wet and dreary one today. Skies are overcast and some decent rain has fallen. NYC has gotten around an inch and a quarter as of 3 p.m.

We will tack on a few more in the bucket before day's end as the another wave of low pressure swings through tonight.

After such a great weekend, the rain is expected. We DO need it however. Our deficit is around 2 inches, so we erased some of it so far.

Tomorrow is a better day with only a slight chance of rain mainly in the morning. The skies will improve as the day goes on with a nice feel. Tuesdays high: 70-75 degrees.

Wednesday is cooler with highs in the lower 60s and a few shower return.
