11/13 CBS2 Friday Evening Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta
CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good evening all,

It has been a windy and chilly finish to the work week. Skies have mostly clear all day. Clouds have periodically entered the area throughout the day.

Winds have been very strong all day. We've had gusts up to 45 mph at local airports. Sustained winds have been upheld at 25 + mph.

The wind will drive temps down into the upper 30s around the area by morning. Combine that with a gusty breeze, and you get a real feel temp of about 30°.

The temps stay below normal tomorrow. Some won't get out of the 40s! In fact, Manhattan's high temp is forecast at 49°, coldest since last spring.

Check in soon everyone!
