A woman called police and said she heard gunshots and that she saw a man lying in the street in front of an apartment, according to Santa Ana PD.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released at this moment.
The man was found in a U-Haul pickup truck that had hit a parked vehicle on the other side of the street. Tina Patel reports.
