Sheriff's deputies are seeking additional potential victims, as the suspect is believed to have been in contact with several underage individuals.
The Know Your Air Network is made up of sensors installed at 200 school locations across the district's 710-square-mile footprint.
The requirement includes wearing masks on commuter trains, subways, buses, taxis and ride-shares and when inside public transportation hubs.
The crash was reported at about 2:30 p.m. off Mountain Road in a rural area of Santa Paula. Authorities say 12 people were on the bus.
John King, 62, died at the scene of the crash, which occurred around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday with Raman making remarks and volunteers planting 100 ferns along the Fern Dell stream bed.
The fire was reported at about 9:15 p.m. Thursday at three-story apartment building at 300 E. Washington Blvd. Flames were not visible from outside.
Erik Denton's suit claims that the Los Angeles Police Department and the County Department of Child Protective Services repeatedly ignored warnings about the dangers the mother, Lilliana Carrillo, posed to the three children.
The order will also again require masks at all indoor public transportation hubs, including airport and bus terminals.
The mother, 40-year-old Gertrude Harutunian of Glendale, was arrested for child endangerment and possessing a controlled substance.
Traffic was at a complete stop in both directions as crews attempted to clear the scene of the crash from the roadway.
The increase applies to all employers within Malibu city limits, and is expected to begin no later than July 1.
As crews arrived to the scene, the RV was said to be completely engulfed in flames.
Mounting safety concerns have Angelenos stressed about their transit, as authorities search for the suspect in a stabbing that occurred on an MTA platform in South L.A. back in February. CBS reporters spoke with the victim, who says things need to change.
