Durante la administración de Rigoberto Salgado como delegado en Tláhuac han desaparecido, al menos, 64 jóvenes operadores de mototaxis o carritos de golf. Uno de ellos es Josué, quién brindaba servicio de taxi abordo de esta unidad. Tras el abatimiento de Felipe de Jesús "El Ojos", ocurrido la semana pasada, la familia de Josué no descarta que, tanto autoridades como criminales, tengan responsabilidad en la desaparición de su hijo. Aurelio Trejo, padre de Josué: "Con las autoridades de la delegación, yo pienso que sí están coludidas con la delincuencia por la parte que ellos quieren que vea, no lo que yo les pido, hay cámaras que borraron, pues sí la delegación y hasta el Ministerio Público puede estar coludido con el crimen organizado. Se oye que él tiene que ver con todo lo que pasa". Con la caída de "El ojos" se supo que al menos una organización de mototaxistas, le servían como "halcones". Sin embargo los desaparecidos pertenecían a otras asociaciones, ajenas a la estructura criminal del llamado "Cártel de Tláhuac". Aurelio Trejo, padre de Josué: "No sé qué pasó con Josué, no sé qué pasó con el carro de golf. No tengo nada. Han borrado muchas evidencias para encontrarlo. El policía de investigación, no tiene de dónde agarrarse para empezar una investigación". Otro caso es el de Ángel Giovanni. Tenía 18 años, padecía discapacidad intelectual moderada y tenía un mototaxi. Días después de su desaparición, fue encontrado muerto en el callejón San Juan del barrio de San Juan en Tláhuac. Nicolás Martínez, padre de Ángel: "Mi hijo fue la sexta persona que mataron, encontraron dos más en Tlaltenco con lo mismo que le hicieron a mi hijo. Los iban y los tiraban, los vendaban y los amarraban". Sus pertenencias y parte del mototaxi, aparecieron en este inmueble, ubicado a cinco minutos de las oficinas centrales de la delegación. El propietario del predio podría ser Ismael Salgado, hermano del delegado Rigoberto Salgado. Verónica Ballesteros, madre de Ángel: "La gente dice, no lo digo yo, todo el mundo que se acerca a nosotros nos dice que es casa del delegado. Ahí vivía Ismael Salgado, nosotros creemos que son familiares y que Ismael Salgado es el responsable de lo que le pasó a mi hijo porque de ahí salieron todas sus pertenencias". Ángel pertenecía a una familia de mototaxitas, de acuerdo con sus padres, las autoridades minimizaron el caso y argumentando que se trató de un ajuste de cuentas. Nicolás Martínez, padre de Ángel: "Realmente los que trabajaron para esa gente, pues es problema de ellos, nosotros trabajamos sanamente, que nos dejen trabajar sanamente". A un año de la desaparición, hay más reclamos que resultados. Verónica Ballesteros, madre de Ángel: "Debe haber algunos convenios, hasta el más ignorante lo sabe, hay corrupción entre gobierno y todo esto que está pasando. Y qué bueno, ahorita gracias a la Marina caen estas personas, caen personas Fuertes aunque sabemos que manejan mucha gente, no nada más son ellos". Más allá de la exigencia de justicia, también queda un poco de fe. Aurelio Trejo, padre de Josué: "Le pido a Dios que si estás vivo que regreses a casa, no importa lo que pase, no importa lo que hayas hecho, si yo no lo supe…te espero con los brazos abiertos. Si alguien lo tiene, que se le ablande el corazón y lo deje vivir, es un muchacho que merece vivir". Con Uno, Jessica Moguel
