She was taken to Christ Hospital in good condition. As of Wednesday, no one is in custody.
Police earlier said an employee was behind the shooting at JJ Fish & Chicken on Western Avenue.

The teen was treated by Fire Department personnel on scene and did not go to the hospital.
Two women got into a quarrel on the No. 29 State Street bus at 87th Street, and one of them pulled a gun.
The victims’ specific ages were not immediately available.
The ages of the victims range from 16 to 42.
Police said the man who was shot, along with a 48-year-old woman, had shoplifted from the Walgreens separately a short time earlier. The man who was shot pulled a gun first, police said.
Police do not believe the shooting was a random act.
A man is dead after a fight led to a shooting overnight near popular nightlife spots in the River North neighborhood.
Carmelo Aviles, 40, was arrested and charged with one felony count of first-degree murder and four felony counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm.
The incident happened around 3:40 a.m. in the 0-100 block of West Hubbard Street.
Late Friday, police were going door-to-door to talk with neighbors about what they heard and find out if their Ring doorbell cameras had caught anything.
The shooting happened in broad daylight at Hamlin Park in Roscoe Village. Sara Machi reports.
Evidence markers were placed on the sidewalk where the victim, only described as a male, was walking along with a car with shot-out windows.
An ambulance was seen taking a man with his head wrapped away from the scene.
The victim was hit in his left leg and was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in good condition.
The shooting happened Wednesday morning on the train near the Argyle stop.
Indya Smith, 23, was charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery, and unlawful use of a weapon without a FOID card and was cited for having a weapon on the CTA.
Officers were trying to take the handgun from the teen's waistband, and the gun discharged.
