The Hinsdale Police Department ended its search for a suspect wanted for an armed robbery on Thursday in Addison.
The two suspects approached the victim, and one of the men beat the victim while the second suspect took their belongings.
Williamomo Peray, 44, was arrested on Tuesday, in the 5300 block of North Lincoln Avenue.
University officials say the incidents all happened within minutes, and one student was hit in the face.

Justin Deloney, 36, was arrested on Sunday, in the 300 block of South Madison Avenue.
Police said a 17-year-old boy was trying to use the ATM when a man came up and tried to force him to withdraw money. The victim refused, police said.
The robbery happened at 6:42 p.m. at the Bank of America ATM at the southeast corner of Washington and Dearborn streets.

Authorities said the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded money. No injuries were reported.
Chicago police Mass Transit Unit arrested the teen on Tuesday, in the 4200 block of West Cermak Road.
The victim was approached by two unknown males who began striking him and then forcefully took his personal property from him and his car before fleeing the area.
