The mural in River North is all part of the rollout for Taylor Swift's new album "The Tortured Poets Department," but it’s got people asking why that particular site was chosen — and where the QR code on it leads. CBS 2's Sara Machi reports.
Chicago firefighters battling a blaze in River North called for a hazardous materials team after discovering a suspected narcotics lab inside an apartment.
