It's the first time Chicagoans prayed for a pope who is one of their own.
He wore relatively simple white and gold vestments. During the mass, he spoke mostly in Italian, but Pope Leo did speak English for part of it.
John Prevost told "CBS Mornings" he found out his brother was the next pope with everyone else – after hearing his name announced on the balcony of St. Peter's Basilica on TV.
