"Isaac Goodlow, a 30-year-old Black man, was shot and unjustifiably killed by the Carol Stream police officers," said Andrew M. Stroth, an attorney for Goodlow's family.
Numerous mutual aid companies from other municipalities were called in to help fight the fire.
