Carnival got into full swing Friday night, with events sweeping the nation. In Sao Paulo, 14 samba schools compete to be the city's champions of this year's celebration.

The carnival had been scheduled for this coming Friday through Sunday in Huntley
The Algonquin and Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce says the unexpected surge in attendance, fuelled by the beautiful weather, led to overcrowding, including a large number of unchaperoned teens who came to the carnival and shopping centers in the area.
The village will also collect notes and cards for the family.
Organizers will also be collecting get-well cards from the public.
Huntley Daniels has a long road to recovery, and they are looking for a used wheelchair for him while he heals.
A family member told CBS 2 the child, Huntley Pohlman, suffered serious injuries; including broken ribs, a broken femur, a broken arm, a cracked skull, a broken jaw, and his teeth being shoved into his gums.
Police say the teens were brought together by social media and created a flash mob situation intended to cause mayhem.
