Chicago police are still looking for the person who stole a van full of dogs off the street in Lincoln Park Tuesday morning.
Chicago police said Lamont Hill allegedly stole an ambulance from Loretto Hospital. While in the ambulance, he was involved in a traffic accident, hitting two Chicago police vehicles.
