A 31-year-old man was fighting with someone about 9 p.m. in a business in the 700 block of North Cicero, according to Chicago Police. The fight spilled outside, and the other person pulled out a gun and shot him twice in the right leg.
Police are warning CTA riders of a series of armed robberies in the past two weeks in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.
Officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 400 block of South Laramie at 5:36 p.m. and someone barricaded himself inside a building, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.
