The Illinois primary is coming up Tuesday, and early voting numbers ahead of that date were down in Chicago. But that has not been the case everywhere.
Antwan Reed, a second grade teacher at the school, said his students came up with the idea to spread their message via a billboard, but realized there would a big hurdle.

Prosecutors said the two men illegally sold 10 firearms to undercover law enforcement officers on Friday.
Christopher Gunn, who also goes by the name DeBoSki, was arrested on Saturday in Chicago on a charge of making threats involving serious bodily injury or death.
Police said the shooting took place around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Barry Avenue, Clark and Halsted streets.
Police on the scene said a stolen vehicle from an earlier carjacking just blocks away was used as the getaway car.
At least 125,000 people applied to vote by mail.
Police said the suspects brandished a firearm and stole from a 44-year-old victim.
