Residents are complaining that their cars have been left with dented bumpers, dinged-up doors, and mirrors left broken and dangling.
A report by the city's inspector general found during April and May, nearly 1,200 officers were scheduled to work at least 11 days straight.
The vehicle occupant had to be transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The FBI responded to the bank robbery at the Bank of America, located in the 2300 block of West Indian Trail, around 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
