The Orange Line is scheduled to reopen one week from Monday following a month-long shutdown.

MBTA General Manager Steve Poftak stated on Friday that the Orange Line will have new train cars when it reopens. Poftak also said he is "confident" that Orange Line will reopen on the morning on Monday, September 19.
