Boston Among 'Most Relaxed' Cities

BOSTON (CBS)  - Do you feel relaxed? You may find this hard to believe, but according to a new list, people in Boston are more relaxed than most in the nation.

Forbes magazine ranked the most relaxed cities in America, and Boston came in third.

Their formula looked at six factors that directly relate to stress levels: unemployment, long morning commutes in traffic, how many hours the average person works, access to healthcare, people's overall health and how much exercise the average residents gets.

When that formula was applied to the 40 biggest metro areas, the Hub settled near the top. Boston, "boasts healthy residents and world-class health care infrastructure," Forbes concluded.

Curious how we ranked in the individual categories?

Access to Heath Care: 1st
Overall Health Status: 5th
Unemployment: 7th
Working Hours: 8th
Exercise: 10th
Commute Time: 32nd

So what cities are even more relaxed than Boston? St. Paul, Minnesota ranked on top, followed by Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
