A community event at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) raised awareness for a Maryland woman who organizers say is being held by the Filipino government.

Passionate, persistent and prepared, Tara is an Emmy-nominated reporter who is excited to share the stories of Baltimore.
