LASD deputy shoots domestic violence suspect in Castaic
A person was injured and taken to a hospital following a deputy-involved shooting in Castaic on Friday, authorities said.

A person was injured and taken to a hospital following a deputy-involved shooting in Castaic on Friday, authorities said.
It happened a little before 4 a.m. at the intersection of Sikh Temple Way and Mission Boulevard, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect was wanted for an alleged series of crimes earlier in the day including threatening his mother, stealing her car, annoying children and punching a woman in the face before stealing her dog, which was recovered by a Good Samaritan.
It happened on Sept. 13 at around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Victory Boulevard and Craner Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
