San Bernardino County Fire Department crews have ordered all trails in the Mt. Baldy area above resort parking lot to evacuate the area immediately as a nearly 100 acre brush fire burns nearby.
Authorities say that the big rig, carrying 7,600 gallons of diesel fuel, caught fire in southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway at around 9:40 p.m.
The 17-year-old victim died shortly after being rushed to the hospital, investigators said.
It's not clear what prompted the chase.

Firefighters say that the fire spread into the attic of the nearby complex and damaged five units. Twelve residents were impacted by the damage, according to LACoFD.
Firefighters say that the blaze is burning dangerously close to some structures in the area near the 20500 block of Hill Top Drive.
