The FBI now has sufficient evidence that links recent killing of bicyclist John Jacoby with the April shooting of Cori Romero. It is feared that they are dealing with a serial shooter on the interstate and are linking together other accounts from local motorist that have experienced their driver’s side or passengers side windows suddenly exploding. Jeff Glor reports.

Friends, relatives and supporters of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams organized a demonstration after Officer Michael Brelo was found not guilty on all charges stemming from a 2012 shooting. The unarmed couple was killed when officers fired on them 137 times. Brelo was the only officer charged in the shootings. CBS Cleveland affiliate WOIO's Bill Safos reported live from the demonstration as it played out.

A judge has acquitted a Cleveland police officer of voluntary manslaughter in a 2012 shooting that left an unarmed couple dead. A total of 137 shots were fired at Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams following a 23-minute-long high-speed chase. Although 13 other police officers were involved in the shooting, Michael Brelo, 31, was the only officer charged.

The terror group's official radio station made that claim this morning. One of the two gunmen killed by police Sunday in Garland, Texas, had longstanding ties to an alleged jihadi group in Phoenix. The other suspect, Nadir Soofi, apparently had no criminal record. Soofi's mother says she can't imagine what went through her son's mind. Omar Villafranca reports.
