Buttigieg on earning the trust of black voters

Thursday is the final day for Democratic presidential candidates to qualify for the next debate, which is one week from today in Los Angeles. Buttigieg joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the impeachment hearings, what his record shows in helping minority communities, and how he plans to tackle the student debt crisis.
