CBS News has learned that four men with alleged ties to the kidnapping of an American tourist on safari in Uganda are under arrest. Kimberly Sue Endicott and her guide were released nearly a week after armed gunmen abducted them inside a safari park. Debora Patta reports from Entebbe, Uganda.
