Jurors will hear the first full day of testimony Tuesday in the trial of actor Jonathan Majors. Majors is accused of attacking a former girlfriend and has pleaded not guilty to aggravated harassment and assault charges. CBS News national correspondent Jericka Duncan reports.
Von Miller accused of assaulting girlfriend
NFL linebacker Von Miller turned himself in to police in Texas Thursday amid claims he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend at their Dallas apartment. According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the two-time Super Bowl winner who plays for the Buffalo Bills allegedly shoved the woman and put his hands around her neck following an argument.
