Pennsylvania Department Of Health Inspects Nursing Homes For Violations

HARRISBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Health conducted 635 nursing home inspections last month, including some facilities in our area.
Inspectors were checking for violations, including compliance with COVID-19 restrictions. Statewide, the department issued nine sanctions and imposed more than $84,000 in civil penalties.
