North Side SWAT Situation Ends Peacefully

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A SWAT situation ended peacefully on the North Side on Monday afternoon.
Police say a man locked himself inside a house on Fairlee Street and threatened anyone who came near it.
SWAT officers were called as a precaution.
Police say negotiators convinced the man to allow officers inside.
The man was taken to the hospital for treatment.
