The severe weather threat is beginning to wind down after an active afternoon and early evening that saw tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings pop up throughout the area.

There was also a tornado warning issued Monday for Lancaster, Pennsylvania due to rotation observed on radar.
"That Groundhog lied to us," one Massachusetts resident said as New England and the Upper Midwest expect snow despite it being early spring. Other parts of the country have seen heavy rain and thunderstorms that have brought hail and the risks of flooding. CBS News Correspondent Jarred Hill reports.
A tornado reportedly touched down in Chester County, but the National Weather Service has yet to confirm the storm.
The power was out for several hours at Conshohocken State Road and Woodbine Avenue. That's where the storm knocked a large tree onto a power line.
