Another cool morning on Thursday will give way to a slightly warmer afternoon in this unseasonably cool week. The high temperature is around 78 degrees in Philadelphia but seasonable weather is returning soon. Meteorologist Kate Bilo times out when the weather gets warmer and more humid around Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
