Gregory Noonan, of Lansdale, was disbarred after he was arrested selling more than 300 oxycodone pills to an undercover police officer in Philadelphia last December.
Harold Smith was slated to go to trial January 13th on charges that include rape of a child, corruption of a minor, and aggravated indecent assault.
Gregory Noonan is accused of selling nearly 400 oxycodone pills to an undercover cop at $15 each.
