Bryan Kohberger is in custody in Idaho where he faces charges in the murders of four college students and he could make his first court appearance as early as Thursday.
Kohberger, 28, left the Monroe County Correctional Facility Wednesday morning, according to a jail official.
Kohberger was arrested in the Poconos last week after a nationwide manhunt.
Kohberger is accused of murdering four college students in Idaho.
This was the first of two traffic stops in Indiana. He was let go each time.
Bryan Kohberger is headed back to Idaho where he will face four first-degree murder charges and a felony burglary charge after waiving his extradition rights on Tuesday.
Indiana State Police claim at the top of the stop, there was no information available for a suspect in the Idaho murders.
Bryan Kohberger will be surrendered to Idaho authorities within 10 calendar days.

Tuesday, their alleged killer will appear in front of a Pennsylvania judge and is expected to waive his extradition and willingly return to Idaho where he'll face four counts of first-degree murder and a burglary charge.
