Overturned Tractor-Trailer On Ben Franklin Bridge Snarling Traffic
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An overturned tractor-trailer on the Ben Franklin Bridge is causing a major backup Friday morning.
The tractor-trailer overturned on the westbound lanes near 5th Street in Old City. It is blocking two left lanes.
Chopper 3 was over the scene, where traffic could be seen getting by slowly.
There have been no reported injuries.
