House Republicans' Twitter Account Facing Social Media Backlash Over Picture
WASHINGTON (CBS) -- The Twitter account for the House Republicans is facing a social media backlash for a picture they posted Thursday morning.
The House GOP posted a picture of Vice President-elect Mike Pence taking a selfie with dozens of Republicans with the caption "UNIFIED."
However, as many on social media noticed, there's not much diversity in the picture.
Pence is leading President-elect Donald Trump's transition team. Pence spoke before the House Republican Conference Thursday morning.
