Video shows interaction between ICE agent, driver before deadly Minneapolis shooting

We're getting another look at the moments before a Minneapolis woman was shot and killed by an ICE agent. In the video obtained by CBS News, you hear what was said by the agent, the driver and her wife. CBS News New York's Dick Brennan reports.
