Tuesday expected to be tough for Amtrak, NJ Transit riders due to Portal Bridge construction
Work is underway on the bridge and riders say, so far, it hasn't been smooth. Monday was the first weekday of service changes that started Sunday, but it was also a holiday. CBS News New York's Lisa Rozner reports.
