Threats target polling locations in New Jersey, NYC

Bomb threats targeted several New Jersey locations, while in Manhattan the NYPD and federal authorities investigated what police sources describe as an "elaborate swatting attempt" targeting three polling sites. CBS News New York's Tim McNicholas reports.
