The Bronx will soon be divided into two police patrol boroughs
Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch made the announcement during her State of the NYPD address on Tuesday. She said it's part of an effort to bring in more officers and resources to each neighborhood. CBS News New York's Jennifer Bisram reports.
