Suspect in Macy's stabbing says she had just been discharged from psychiatric center

There are new developments in the shocking stabbing inside a bathroom at Macy's Herald Square. Prosecutors say the woman accused of attacking a tourist told police she wanted to kill someone just hours after getting out of a psychiatric center. CBS News New York's Andrew Ramos reports.
