Southwest faces federal investigation over canceled flights
Southwest Airlines is now facing a federal investigation after canceling more than 15,000 flights in the past holiday week. The nightmare continues for tens of thousands of passengers trying to find another way to their destinations or still waiting for their luggage. CBS2's Jessi Mitchell reports.
