Some Staten Island roads remain impassable in wake of blizzard
Staten Island got hammered with about 2.5 feet of snow during Sunday's blizzard, but Tuesday, some roads were still completely impassable. The mayor defended the city's response. CBS News New York's Lisa Rozner reports.
