Some NYC tenants say they're dealing with landlords dodging needed repairs

With holes in the floor and a ceiling that droops, a group of tenants in Lower Manhattan claim their landlord is not getting the job done. CBS News New York investigative reporter Mahsa Saeidi has the story.
