Some NYC homeowners sue over pied-a-terre tax
A group of New York City homeowners that says Mayor Zohran Mamdani bungled the new pied-a-terre tax is now suing to delay implementation of the controversial surcharge. CBS News New York's Marcia Kramer reports.
