Prosecution rests in NYC carriage horse animal cruelty trial
The prosecution rested Thursday in the animal cruelty trial of a handler whose carriage horse collapsed in Hell's Kitchen nearly three years ago. A veterinarian who examined the horse was called to the stand. CBS News New York's Alice Gainer was in the courtroom.
