Proposed Suffolk County bill would fine parents of underage e-bike riders

On Long Island this month, there have been at least two serious crashes involving teenagers illegally riding e-bikes. One victim died. As CBS News New York's Jennifer McLogan explains, now lawmakers want to stiffen the consequences for parents to better protect children.
