Peekskill family says 10-year-old died after bullying

Emotions overflowed Tuesday at a school board meeting in Peekskill, where many are upset after the death of a 10-year-old boy. CBS2's Tony Aiello reports the boy's family says he died by suicide after being bullied at school.
