Pedestrian, cyclist killed in Chinatown crash

A crash in the heart of Manhattan's Chinatown left a pedestrian and cyclist dead, and two women are in police custody. As CBS News New York's Alecia Reid reports, witnesses say the driver was speeding when tragedy struck.
