Owners of Brooklyn housing development promise to improve tenants' quality of life
A troubled housing development in Brooklyn has reached an agreement with the city to keep units rent-stabilized. In exchange for a tax break, the property owners are also promising to improve the quality of life for tenants. CBS New York's Hannah Kliger spoke exclusively to the owner.
