Online tool aims to correct spatial inequities in NYC
A new online tool is trying to make New York City neighborhoods more equal. It shows everything from park access and the number of trees to noise pollution and traffic fatalities. CBS2's Jenna DeAngelis explains how the goal is to correct what's known as "spatial inequities."
